The domain name website  (hereinafter referred to as “Website/www.sachmaas.com”) is registered in the name of Mrs. Dipti Manish Kenia Sole-proprietor of SACHMAAS ACADEMY and managing partner of SACHMAAS CREATIVE LEARNINGS (both are described together as “the Company”).

8. Online Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fees once paid are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE; irrespective of the number of sessions (classes and/or counselling) attended. We do not store any Credit Card or Banking details on our website. We are using a third party payment gateway, and no online financial transaction happens within our website. It will be the user’s sole responsibility to safeguard his/her financial credentials while making payment. SACHMAAS ACADEMY or its subsidiaries or affiliates are not liable for compromising user’s any financial details or credentials. SACHMAAS ACADEMY holds no responsibility for the amount paid online and the admission will be confirmed only if the amount is credited in the account.

While using the portal, you (the user) is deemed to have accepted the listed terms and conditions. SACHMAAS ACADEMY reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any point of time without giving you any intimation. The user is therefore advised to read these terms and conditions every time he/she uses the portal. All products/services and information displayed on application portal constitute an “invitation to offer”. SACHMAAS ACADEMY reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. 12. APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting www.sachmaas.com, you agree that the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these conditions of use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and www.sachmaas.com or its affiliates.

13. DISPUTES

Any dispute relating to anyway to your visit to www.sachmaas.com or to courses you purchase through www.sachmaas.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration to a sole-arbitrator in Mumbai (Maharashtra, India) except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate www.sachmaas.com’s intellectual property rights, www.sachmaas.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in the courts in Mumbai, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this Agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgement in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
